We had a wonderful 2 nights at Villa Diamond Luxury Suites ☺ We loved the Suite and the position and views are exceptional. The staff were outstanding and breakfast on the terrace was a real treat. Claudio couldn’t have been more helpful. ☹ The 150 or so steps to get to the hotel from the drop off point in the main road. The porter was great and carried two 30kg bags down the steps however for which we paid the porter directly. THE VIEW | THE VIEW | THIS IS HOW YOU DO POSITANO ☺ My stay at Villa Diamond in Positano was nothing short of spectacular. The view from this place is absolutely epic and unbeatable, making every moment feel like a scene from a movie. Waking up to breakfast service on the patio was an incredible experience, truly capturing the essence of Positano. The location of Villa Diamond is perfect. Nestled right at the top of the stairs from the best restaurant on the island, Chez Black, the lights at night create a magical atmosphere. This villa is a hidden gem that doesn’t get the same hype as some of the hotels on the island, but trust me, this is how you do Positano. Despite my initial hesitation to leave a review and keep this place a secret, I have to give credit where credit is due. This was a last-second booking as I was already staying on another island but wanted to spend the night in Positano without catching the ferry back early. The staff contacted me right away and got me booked in the room within 30 minutes. Their prompt and excellent service was impressive and greatly appreciated. Villa Diamond exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Positano. Spacious relaxing apartment in hub of Positano ☺ Spacious, clean, wonderful view, big terrace with sunbeds and table/chairs, lovely bathroom, very helpful manager and housekeeper couple who prepare huge breakfast. ☹ Stairs both ways, to cafes and beach and up to road, wouldn’t be suitable for unfit guests. Porter service for bags if required, and manager kindly carried my heavy bag down on arrival. There is no washing machine/iron in the apartment, but the housekeeper willingly washes and hangs laundry on airer and provides a portable steamer.
